1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tekkin (the Platform), registering, or uploading files, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Service Nature and Data Aggregation

Tekkin provides services for music artists (upload and track management) and acts as a chart aggregator. We collect, index, and display public information from the web or third-party API providers (including platforms like Beatport, Songkick, or Songstats) for informational purposes, within source platform/API terms and applicable law.

We do not claim ownership over third-party trademarks, cover art, or public metadata. All rights remain with their respective owners.

If a source platform, artist, label, or rightsholder requests removal/limitation, we may suspend or remove related aggregated data and integrations.

2-bis. Third-Party Sources, Usage Limits and Liability

Tekkin is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the referenced third-party platforms unless explicitly stated in writing.

If an aggregation feature conflicts with source platform/API terms, Tekkin may limit, disable, or discontinue that integration without prior notice for legal, technical, or compliance reasons.

Aggregated data may be incomplete, delayed, or not real-time and is not an official certification by the source platform.

3. Upload Content and Rights Declaration

By uploading audio, images, or other material, you represent and warrant that you own all required rights or have obtained all necessary written licenses.

Tekkin is not required to pre-screen content and may remove content suspected of infringing copyright or other rights.

4. Limitation of Liability for Track Theft

Tekkin applies industry-standard security measures (e.g., encrypted communications and temporary URLs for private tracks), but no internet system can guarantee total security.

By uploading original masters and/or making them playable publicly, you accept piracy-related risks. To the extent permitted by law, Tekkin is not liable for leaks, file theft, reverse engineering, or unauthorized third-party downloads.

5. DMCA / Takedown Notice

If you are a rightsholder and believe uploaded or aggregated content infringes your rights, send a formal notice to tekkin.music@gmail.com with the legally required evidence.

The notice should include: identification of the disputed content, title/URL, proof of ownership/authority, contact details, and good-faith declaration.

For repeated violations, Tekkin may suspend accounts, content, or related features.

6. Paid Plans and Service Changes

We may modify or temporarily discontinue services and change paid plan features. Refunds are evaluated only for prolonged critical service outages.

7. Subscriptions, Payments and Withdrawal

Artist Pro subscription: EUR 4.99/month with automatic renewal unless canceled.

Immediate digital service supply: by activating, you agree to immediate execution and withdrawal-right limitations where legally applicable.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the already-paid period.

Payments are processed by Stripe; Tekkin does not store card data.
