We collect basic account data, profile data, uploaded content, and service telemetry strictly needed to provide the platform.

We process data to provide the service, secure accounts, handle payments, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

For ranking, discovery, and artist profiles, Tekkin may process publicly available information from third-party platforms or API providers (e.g., Beatport, Songkick, Songstats), using data minimization principles.

Where applicable, legal basis is legitimate interest, balanced against data-subject rights.

Audio files are stored with trusted cloud providers. If you set a release to public, it can be streamed publicly and therefore exposed to the internet.

When you delete a file (track, version, project, or account), it is removed from active storage. To protect against accidental deletion, we internally retain a backup copy for 30 days, after which it is permanently removed. See the Terms of Service for details on version limits and file management.

We use technical cookies strictly necessary for the service to work (e.g., session, authentication). No invasive third-party retargeting without explicit consent.

For aggregated traffic statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics: first-party tools that set no cookies, use no persistent identifiers, and do not build individual profiles. As they do not qualify as tracking tools under applicable law, they operate without requiring prior consent.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for declared purposes, unless longer legal obligations apply.

For aggregated third-party data, we may update, limit, or remove information upon valid requests from source platforms, rightsholders, or data subjects when required by law.

We process registration data (email, name, stage name, profile image) also to prevent fraud and impersonation, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the Platform's integrity and third-party rights.

Upon a well-founded report or reasonable suspicion that an account impersonates another real person, artist, or entity without authorization, we may precautionarily suspend the account, limit its public visibility, and request proof of identity from the user before restoring access.
